Preferably we look for companies with consolidated businesses and high growth potential. In those cases, our investments aim to accelerate such growth.
Additionally, our investment and participation can help resolve situations such as stock restructurings (including lack of succession), financial restructurings, management buy-outs, spin offs of large corporations’ business units, or other complex transactions.
We look for opportunities that allow us to control or co-control the business. Alternatively, we may acquire minority interests to the extent that we can retain significant influence in the relevant decisions.
